Mohsin Ali Khan

Mohsin Ali Khan is a renowned figure in Pakistan’s mining industry, with over 40 years of experience in mining operations, mineral processing, and project development. As Principal Consultant at Orestik, he provides strategic and technical leadership across exploration, beneficiation, and industrial mineral projects nationwide.

He also serves as a Director at Gulf Minerals FZE, where he plays a key role in developing cross-border mineral ventures, including the advancement of heavy mineral sand and strategic industrial minerals across Pakistan and the Gulf region.

His deep knowledge of Pakistan’s geological zones, coupled with a practical, field-tested approach, makes him one of the most respected voices in the sector. Nauroz Khan Gichki

Director – Community Partnerships (Balochistan Region)

Nauroz Khan Gichki brings over three decades of hands-on experience in mining operations and an unmatched depth of understanding of tribal dynamics, local governance, and land access across Balochistan. A respected member of a well-known tribal family in the region, he has been actively involved in mining since the early 1990s — both as an operator and as a community leader.

At Orestik, he serves as the Director of Community Partnerships, leading our ground-level engagement with tribal stakeholders, landowners, and local government. His ability to navigate complex social and political landscapes makes him a cornerstone of our inclusive and trust-driven project development model.

Omair A. Karachiwala

Director – Business Development & Mining Strategy

Omair A. Karachiwala leads the strategic and commercial direction of Orestik, overseeing business planning, corporate structuring, and investment readiness across mining projects in Pakistan. He specializes in aligning technical operations with sound economics and stakeholder value, ensuring that every project is both viable and visionary.

Omair is an alumnus of the Economic Leadership in Mining program by BRIMM (University of British Columbia, Canada), completed on a merit scholarship awarded by the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum. This global exposure enhances his approach to sustainable mining development, investment facilitation, and policy alignment.
